Honestly Don't know why you think the Jets are such a pushover. I'm not an Aaron Rogers fan but Zack Wilson to Aaron Rogers is like hell to heaven. Gonna mean three or four more wins right there. Add in Dalvin Cook to pair with Breese Hall. And unlike you I don't see the Defense regressing. Aaron Rogers being on the other side of the ball will pick the defense up too. Zack Wilson was a turnover machine. That mentally beats a defense up. Jets will be a much better team than last year.... I think...I hope!

At this point it's a nice upgrade, but Rodgers isn't in that elite class of quarterback anymore. He's good, but he doesn't have the weapons.
They were 7-10 with a bunch of easy wins last year

Defense may be OK if it bounces back turnover wise. But on the other hand, seems unlikely they are going to be perfectly healthy again. Overachieving defenses tend to regress the next year, very common trend.

I've already corrected you once on this same statement.
I had bet them over the 8 1/2 for 3 straight years. I thought they had a shot back then at a SB maybe even a legit shot , but doubt I had them winning a SB outside of a longshot wager.
As far as this year, its kind of a gut feeling that they will slide backwards. Have the same feeling with Philly and KC. I see alll 3 teams struggling to get into the playoffs.
Doesn't take alot in this league for teams to change course.
Jets will do well if Rodgers can stay healthy---last year he was dinged but played anyway, he is still elite, he has not had good weapons in GB recently, he is so accurate he makes mediocre WRs look good.
Jets hung tough last year with good D and a decent running game but their QB play killed them, they lost a lot of very close games.
This year--again--if Rodgers can stay 100% they will win 10 games.
